The XJ-M140 is the mid level model of the Casio Signature series. It has an an XGA resolution, 2500 ANSI lumens brightness, a 1800:1 contrast ratio and an amazing lamp life of 20,000 hours, thanks to Casio's unique Mercury-free, Laser/LED hybrid light source.

Assuming that the service life of a projector is around 20,000 hours, you would need to buy up to nine new lamps, with total costs amounting to about £3,000. By purchasing the XJ-M140, considerable costs are avoided, as are the energy costs for production, transportation and the disposal of used lamps. The compact size of the projector (82 mm) and the reduced packaging also save further transportation costs.
