q-base events team deliver winter wonderland conference

Our q-base team have had a busy time in the lead up to Christmas and have seen more clients than ever wanting to bring the Christmas spirit into their events. At one such event – a supplier conference for a well known retailer – we created a Winter Wonderland scene on stage complete with snowy trees and Santa sleigh (the non-flying variety unfortunately!) Each presentation had its own message and this was cleverly brought to life using props such as a 2m x 2m bespoke advent calendar and a custom made giant scroll - which were fantastic alternatives to standard PowerPoint presentations.  For one presentation we even created a living room scene complete with arm chair, fireplace and fire! Many of the audience said they had never experienced a conference like it!

We created a total of 11 costumes for presenters at the event from the three wise men to Santa and his elves. This level of commitment from the presenters really lifted the audience and added an element of humour and fun to the event. At the recommendation of q-base, the presenters also pre-recorded a specially written Christmas Carol for the event which was played out at the close of the conference. Every detail was considered and the Christmas theme carefully brought in to all the presentations so the key messages were clear but delivered in an unusual and memorable way. The event was a fantastic success and the delegate and presenter feedback excellent.
