Unlike most masking tools which rely on edge detection, Mask Pro works using colour, making it much easier to mask an object or area without sharp edges. Simply select the colours you want to keep and the colours you want to remove, and the Magic Brush feature paints out the unwanted background colours. Touch up the image with the Chisel took to avoid edge halos and create a natural transition between subject and background. With support for 8 and 16-bit images, onOne Mask Pro is an excellent addition to any professional digital photographer’s toolset.

Mask Pro 4.1 works using colour rather than edges, painting out unwanted colours and removing ambient colour contamination caused by reflections and transparency, preserving the details you want.

In addition to the standard Mask Pro mode for masking transparent item, Mask Pro also includes advanced selection tools for a high-quality selection that can be used to create an alpha channel or super-accurate clipping path.
