CASE STUDY University of Lincoln, Lecture Theatre

Brief

Our brief was to design and build a fully integrated, premium quality conference facility for the new East Midlands Media and Technology Enterprise Centre at the University of Lincoln.

Solution

The EMMTEC Conference Theatre is designed around state of the art technology to provide the ultimate Audio Visual experience for its audience.

The room features a Barco Icon Projection system with the capability of displaying all resolutions right up to native 1080i high definition.

Sources include PC, VHS, DVD, DVCAM and a Visualiser, and all are controlled by a sophisticated AMX system controller.

The projection screen can re-size itself to 4:3 or 16:9 formats using a motorised moving mask system also controlled via AMX.

A powerful JBL surround sound system provides the high quality audio required to match the stunning projected images.
