The brief from the client; an international beverage company, who were holding a conference for 350 people in the Stateroom at Alton Towers, was to come up with something imaginative and different.
To illustrate their global brand and the theme of the conference; global brands and markets, we created the theme ‘Around the World in 80 Days.’
We wanted to involve the audience in this event and proposed a central stage area with tiered seating; this allowed the presenters to be more involved with the audience, creating a more interactive experience. With large painted backdrop cloths depicting different countries encompassing the room and multiple projection screens the audience where made to feel that they were indeed going around the world.
Our creative services team produced visuals and the event PowerPoint template, all keeping to the theme. With our team onsite making sure the event ran smoothly this became another successful event.
