CD & DVD Replication

We can produce CDs and DVDs to all industry standard formats and sizes, including Business Card shaped ones and 80mm mini CDs and DVDs. All discs are pressed from glass masters and offset litho printed as standard. Minimum run quantity, 500 discs. The turnaround time for pressed discs is approximately 10 – 14 working days. Discs can have copy protection added, for extra security.

CD-R & DVD-R Duplication

Ideal for short runs of 10 to 5,000 discs. If you only require a small quantity or you need them really fast, this is the way to go. We have a range of on-body printing options to suit all artwork requirements and budgets. All blank media is certified Grade A at source from well known ISO approved manufacturers.

CD-R & DVD-R Disc Printing

Discs can be either digitally, screen, or litho printed and offer excellent pricing, quality and turnaround times. All blank media is certified Grade A at source from well known ISO approved manufacturers.

Encoding and Authoring for DVD

MPEG-2 is the standard used for DVDs and Digital TV delivery. We can produce either CBR or VBR MPEG-2 files for DVD. Using a variety of software, both PC and MAC based, we can author DVDs from supplied footage, in either tape or digital formats. Menus can be simple with just a few selections or complex, offering a number of sub menus, etc.
