Equipment Repair Service

Our equipment repair centre is centrally located at our Head Office in Castle Donington, just off the M1 near Derby. We have excellent extensive facilities for the repair of all types of AV and Video equipment, using only genuine manufactures parts and highly experienced engineers.

We aim for a 10 working day turn around of all repairs, and usually deliver an estimate within 3 working days. All repairs are dependant on the availability of spare parts and acceptance of our estimate.

We can visit your premises and fault find on site, and in many cases the fault can be resolved without the need for return visits or equipment to leave site.

As we pride ourselves on providing a first-class service all our repairs carry a 3 month warranty from date of invoice.
