All sales made from this website are carried out in accordance with Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd terms and conditions detailed below. In proceeding with this order, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

In all legal information and terms and conditions detailed on this website, "Quadrant Visual Solutions", ''we' or 'us' refer to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd. The customer means the person, firm or company placing an order with "Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd" and is referred to as 'you.'

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have registered via our online registration/tutorial page. You may opt to stop receiving emails at any time. The type of information we will collect about you when you place an order includes: your name, address, phone number, email address. Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd does not have access to your debit/credit card numbers at any time.

The personal information, which we hold, will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

The information contained on the www.quadrantsolutions.com site is summary in nature and is intended for general information only. It is provided 'As is' and without any warranty of any kind either expressed or implied, included but not limited to the implied warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd does not represent or warrant that the information contained in this website or any hyperlinked website is accurate, complete or current. In addition Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd does not represent or warrant that the servers that make this information available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

We only deliver to the UK and Europe.

Occasionally goods you order may be out of stock, sold or unavailable for some other reason. No legally binding agreement for the sale of any goods exists until we accept your order by dispatching the goods to you. If we cannot deliver any part of your order, we will inform you and refund your payment with the full cost of the goods that we are unable to supply in the same method in which you paid.

Any complaints should be forwarded in writing to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd, Unit 1 Hawthorn Road, Castle Donington, Derby DE74 2QR. Any complaint will be acknowledged in writing within 7 working days, at which time we will confirm an expected timescale for resolution of the dispute. Regular updates as to the progress of the dispute will also be forwarded, until the matter is resolved.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling excluding VAT, which is then added at the appropriate rate. Payment may be made by one of the following credit or debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron or PayPal.

By clicking the 'order' button on our website you are authorising us to deduct the cost of the goods or services in your shopping cart and any delivery charges from your card account in Pounds Sterling. If you wish to place an order by direct payment, this can be done from the shopping basket on www.quadrantsolutions.com at the time of purchase. In all direct payments either electronic payment direct to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd account or by cheque, the goods will be shipped as soon as cleared funds are received. Delivery is made only on a 'DDU' basis which means that the prices quoted are exclusive of all duties, taxes and other official import charges, which may be applicable to this purchase and must be borne by the recipient. If you are ordering goods to be delivered internationally, you will be charged according to the delivery zone that your country falls into and the volumetric weight of the product/s ordered. Delivery will be made by insured courier service to the delivery address given with your order.

If the goods received by you are visibly damaged on arrival, please do not sign for them or accept them, and notify us by telephone of your refusal of delivery. If you do sign for the goods and then find them to be damaged or incomplete when you unpack them you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the date of delivery. In the valence of any written communication from you, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods and/or services. We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receipt of cleared funds. No claims for non-delivery will be considered at all unless you advise us in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice. If when you install the goods they are found to be faulty please refer to our returns policy.

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd. Please be certain that you have selected the correct items, as we do not send goods out on a trial basis. You may only return goods to us with our prior authorisation; this must be obtained by completing our on-line returns form. Goods may only be returned under the following conditions:

  • You have changed your mind and wish to cancel the order and return the goods in original packaging, unopened and in a fully re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date of our invoice. A re-stocking fee of 10% will be applicable. This charge represents the shipping and handling charge that applied to your goods when originally shipped.

    If the goods are returned within 30 days of the date of our invoice a restocking fee of 15% will apply. If the goods are returned within 30 days but are not in their original packaging, used, damaged or otherwise not in a fully re-saleable condition then a re-stocking fee will be confirmed following our inspection of the goods. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund. The responsibility for returning the goods to us is yours and a refund will not be given until the goods have been checked by us on receipt. The above rules also apply where goods are exchanged for alternative products.


  • You believe your Software and Editing components to be faulty, all failures must be reported to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd who will endeavour to solve the problem via technical support. If still deemed to be faulty based on the manufacturers warranty we will look to repair or a free of charge exchange will be offered to the same value of software purchased on receipt of faulty software.

    The responsibility for returning the goods is yours. Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd may make a charge for this service.

  • You believe your video editing PC system to be faulty this will entail returning your PC to its original shipped state using the recovery disk provided with the machine, (Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd also will keep a copy of this back up recovery on file). Backup of your files personal and editing projects media and data files is your responsibility & Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd can not be held responsible for any loss of data.

  • Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd offer a 3 year Collect & Return warranty on all PC editing systems built by us. All failures must be reported to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd who will endeavour to solve the problem via technical support; however, if this is not successful you will be provided with an authorisation number for return of the system. All returns must have this number. We will arrange a time for us to collect the system in the warranty period. Once we have received the goods, Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd will validate the fault. If the goods are faulty, a fixed or replacement product will be provided (in accordance with the manufacturers warranty conditions). The system will then be sent to you by insured courier service. This warranty does not cover misuse.

    If the goods are not found to be faulty, all return delivery charges will be the responsibility of you (the customer).

    In all cases where goods need to be returned to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd, they must be packed complete with all accessories, software and manuals in the original manufacturers packaging and then packed in an additional outer box or covering to ensure that the product and its original packaging are unblemished.

Workshop and courses

Booking a place on a Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd workshop or courses will generate a reservation on the date you requested. All payments are online or by direct payments in advance only. You will be issued with a receipt to your email address, which will finalise your booking and secure your place.

Cancellation by the customer

A full refund will only be offered if the customer informs Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd by email more than 10 days before the course date. If a cancellation is made by email to Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd between 10 days and 24 hours before the commencement of the course, an alternative date will be offered but no refund. If less than 24 hours notice is given then, no refund will given, or alternative date offered.

Cancellation of the workshop or course by Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd

Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd reserve the right to alter any of the courses content without prior notice. Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date, credit note or a full refund.

English law shall govern the contract and the parties hereby agree to submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Limitation of responsibility

Quadrant Visual Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any loss of work or loss of revenue, potential or actual, caused by a failure or shortcoming of hardware or software that it has supplied. It is your responsibility to adequately back-up your work and to make provisions for recovery in the event of such a failure.
